By entering the race you agree that we may publish your Personal Information as part of the results of the Event and may pass such information to the governing body or any affiliated organisation for the purpose of insurance, licences or for publishing results either for the event alone or combined with or compared to other events. Results may include (but not be limited to) name, any club affiliation, race times, occupation and age category.
A change in the UKA rules in 2016 means that now only UKA affiliated runners can run under their club’s name.
UKA affiliation will be verified during the Online Entry Process.

Participants must be 17 years or over. Entrants who are 17 years of age will require permission of parent/guardian to enter and must contact the on-line race administrator at time of entry (email@example.com).
The course is not suitable for wheelchairs. Push-chairs, buggies, skateboards and similar are not allowed.
Participants enter at their own risk and accept that no person(s) or organisation(s) will be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss, prior to, during or after the event.
The Organisers reserve the right to alter the arrangements and conditions should circumstances require.
In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Organisers, we reserve the right to cancel the race. If this decision is made, no refund of race entry fee will be made, as most of the costs are incurred before the start of the race.
In the event of any objections to the conduct or the result of the race the Race Referee’s decision is final.
The Race Director’s decision on all other matters is final.

The Organisers reserve the right to modify or cancel the prize categories at any time.
Cancellation Policy (not applicable to postal entries):
Before 1st September: Full refund or deferral to 2019 race, or number transfer*
Before entries close: 70% refund or deferral to 2019 race, or number transfer*
After entries close: No refund or deferral. Number transfer still permitted*
*Numbers may be transferred to a substitute runner online by the person who made the original booking via their account on the Fullonsport website. An Affiliated runner may only transfer to another Affiliated runner.
The cut-off for transfers is 10pm Wed Nov 14th.
Postal entries cannot be refunded, deferred or transferred..
Unauthorised number swaps may result in disqualification.
The Gosport Half Marathon course has stretches of roads and narrow pavement in places, also the esplanade and two slipways, all crossed by the Public. To keep everyone safe it is imperative that runners are able to hear alerts and instructions from Marshals. We will continue to be strict on our policy regarding audio devices.
The use of non-essential earphones and similar devices is not permitted whilst running. This includes Bone Conducting headphones.
Disregarding the Headphone rule may lead to your disqualification.
If you are nominating someone to collect your race number and timing chip, please ensure they bring a copy of your personalised e-mail so that we know they have your permission.
Please complete the medical/emergency contact information on the reverse of your number. Any medical conditions should be included.
Do not run if you are unwell.
Photographs and video recordings may be taken and used for publicity purposes.
Car parking in the School grounds, Browndown Road or Gomer Lane is not permitted.
The race car-park closes at 2pm, please remove your car before this time.
Only children of age 11 and under may participate in the Fun Run. Parents may run with their children if they wish.
